The 2020 Hamachi Hurricane™ range is an incredibly sensitive ultra-high tensile carbon blank infused with nano resins, creating a rod with the finesse of a ultra high performance carbon without having to worry about the nicks and bumps of day to day fishing with traditional carbon.

 

Designed for small to medium spin and bait-casting reels, the spin version is a perfect match for the Hamachi Agera 2000 - 5000 SWX reels size and many other similar size reels. The casting versions suits most quality bait casting reels on the market today.

 

If you're into stalking the flats, wading a river, or working the backwater country chasing the brown trout of a lifetime, the Hamachi Hurricane™ range is an excellent, well-balanced all-around light tackle rod, crafted for lures and soft plastics. Being fitted out with the best saltwater fittings they are also more than at home pitching lures in the blue water to Mahi and tuna.

 

For 20lb tackle and under, the Hurricane™ is one of the best rods you will find. The Hamachi team trialled the range on everything! From North American bass, Australian Murray cod, Giant Trevally and Queenfish in the Pacific, to brown trout of New Zealand and King Salmon of Alaska.
